One year ago ACCESS attended what was probably
the first conference in Asia dedicated to Institutional Repositories. It
was hosted by the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and
included the best speakers in the field from the United States and Europe.
But the paper that caught our eye was that from HKUST. It was a perfect
case study on getting an IR up and running in the Asian context and we
reported on it in ACCESS
