include the BMJ, Gut, Heart, The Journal of Cell Biology,
Thorax, and the Western Journal of Medicine.
Eligible
countries are those defined as low income economies by the
World Bank. In Asia they include: Afghanistan, Bangladesh,
Bhutan, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Nepal,
Pakistan and Vietnam.
